None, dj. None at all. Ordinarily they give fighters a test older than Barney Rubble.

lol...ok so how can 24 days not be fair when there was no blood testing at all...?

ex-druggies hypocritically accuse pac of using drugs....pac's never been guilty of nothing but flattening the best fighters out there, mind you's...

pac comes up with some lame excuses, then mans up and says ok, there's nothing written in stone that says he even has to comply with the ex-druggies, especially when the 40 million he probably already has is worth 100 million in the phillipines...he isn't really sweating it because he isn't wasting his money on bulletproof hummers, gaudy ***elry, and strip hos, but hey, he is willing to play their game to a certain extent and says blood test 24 days before the fight...final offer...the ex druggies say no....ok so the fight is off until the ex-druggies look in the bank and see their pockets getting a little thinner....then that 24 day blood test doesn't sound as bad....

all that said, at the end of the day:

dude turned down a 40+ million dollar payday, b/c of random drug testing...

            **** all that **** you're talking about.

You are comparing NSAC tests to Pacquiao's counteroffer. But NSAC tests aren't what Mayweather offered.

Second, if you're going by NSAC rules and regulations, two of Pac's last three fights wouldn't have taken place.

no, at the end of the day, fmj f**ked up a 40 million dollar payday for himself...asking for s**t that ain't even a part of regular negotiations...the pac man gave him a 24 day blood test agreement and fmj turned it down...so who really turned down the $

see, when you got 100+ million in the bank, whats an extra 40 if some ex-con/crackheads is demanding you do some s**t you ain't really gotta do...you tell that mofo and 20 mofos that look like him to kiss your a**...

i bet you if the irs caught floyd out there tomorrow, he would forget all about this olympic blood testing s**t and fight....

if that "100 MILLION" in the bank, is so nice, why does dude continue fighting at all?

                    obviously to make MORE money.....

talk all that **** you want to, but when pacquiao ends up fighting josh clottey for 8 MILLION, in a fight NOBODY cares for, he'll see how good that 40-50 MILLION would've been, for a fight the whole world wanted to see.

basically, what you're saying, is pacman said "**** THE FANS, I'M ALREADY PAID!"

isn't that what everybody hates mayweather for? but pac does it, and it's fine?

i think the case here is, mayweather doesn't really have an offer to make...especially when manny hasn't been caught doing anything...he has to come to the agreement manny made or walk...
