It's a guy that just wrote in his article that the USADA stated the urine testing is sufficient in detecting HGH.

I know it is a guy just like me and you. No one special. Look at the top of the report it says contributed by Kevin Riley. He quoted two people in the article but it is his opinion just like yours and mine w/ spin.

So what I'm saying is, Pacquiao knows he's more likely to be suspected even if he's clean.
