it would only leave pacquiao with a one week window to juice with a 24 day cut off.. since there would be a blood test after the fight. how much roiding and gelp can he get in less than a week? anyway, scientists where brought in to explain to floyd how he would be safe from PEDs and he still didnt take the offer.. Pacquiao was willing to compromise.

but why not agree to random testing up until 14 days before the fight?
that gives you 2 full weeks for your body to recoup from the gallons of blood (haha) they are going to draw from you

pacquiao was willing to take the test even though its not apart of the commission, thats called a compromise. why is floyd pesistant on stringent tests towards an innocent fighter and is unwilling to compromise.
