The hole 'giving bloods affects me greatly' is a load of crap, even the dr's say a teaspoon of blood wont do anything, and hes done it before a fight too!

I've been wanting to say this. In my opinion, Pacquiao has been too dependent on whatever PED he is on and there are probably serious consequences if he gets off of them. His body may not look the same, he may not perform at such a high level, so he feels that regardless, they'll find out some way or the other. That's the only explanation I could give for someone who is really pushing for these cut off dates.

so pac refused one so he is guilty? are you saying any fighter can ask for blood tests now and if a fighter declines he is on steroids. pleez i thought you are smarter than that.
