Poll: Why has Pac not agreed to the random bloods within a month leading to fight?

Vote what you think is the reason Pac didnt sign for the fight on the basis he has to have random blood tests one month leading upto the fight.#

I think the answer is clear, pac takes PED!

The hole 'giving bloods affects me greatly' is a load of crap, even the dr's say a teaspoon of blood wont do anything, and hes done it before a fight too!

SCIENTISTS were brought in. SCIENTISTS. LOL

ARUM SPEAKS TO **********: PACQUIAO-MAYWEATHER DEAD
        By G. Leon

Arum: "Mayweather never wanted the fight"

Moments ago Manny Pacquiao promoter Bob Arum informed **********.com that the last ditch effort to save the March 13 mega-fight between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr has failed. "Richard Schaefer and Al Haymon tried to get the Pretty Boy to make the deal, but he didn't want to and I'm not surprised. Floyd Mayweather never wanted to fight Manny Pacquiao my friend," said Arum who added that "scientists were brought in to explain to Mayweather how protected he was" but Mayweather refused to allow Pacquiao's final test before the fight to take place 24 days before the fight. Pacquiao's defamation suit against the Mayweather's and Golden Boy will move forward, as will the Top Rank-Golden Boy arbitration that will determine whether or not Golden Boy should still be allowed an interest in Manny Pacquiao. I've been wanting to say this. In my opinion, Pacquiao has been too dependent on whatever PED he is on and there are probably serious consequences if he gets off of them. His body may not look the same, he may not perform at such a high level, so he feels that regardless, they'll find out some way or the other. That's the only explanation I could give for someone who is really pushing for these cut off dates.

If Manny doesnt get tested for 24 days prior to the fight,he juices up because he knows he cant beat Floyd
The fight goes ahead because there are no tests
Manny gets tested after the fight,he tests positive
Because it's not done by NSAC he doesnt get suspended and he has decietfully competed and earned money through decietful means.
If on the other hand the test is done within say a day or 2 b4 the fight Manny gets caught then fight will be called off and Arum loses money. If he's clean fight goes ahead and it's a fair competition.
It's not like Mannys the only one being tested here,Floyd's going through the same tests. You cant come up with all these superstitious beliefs that 2.5ml of blood saps your strength, that's rubbish. He loses more blood in a fight and never lose strength.Only reason is Manny's juiced up
