There is more reasons this fight is cancelled floyd is not turning this down bcoz of blood test's....a few blood test's and give pac his cutoff and random urine is more than enough to detect ped's....

Correct. Why wait for the biggest fight of your career to try to implement something that goes against the grade and totally upset the apple cart. Sure you can look at it as Pac simply giving up some blood, but he gives it up and gives the psychological advantage to the Mayweather camp. Then it will be Pac's trunks, Pac's boxing shoes, Pac's personal hygiene, etc.
