Pac agreed to blood test on a timetable, not random and none 30 days before the fight ... I mean come-on HgH is outta your system from 1 cycle in less then 30 days! They both played parts but, all Pac-Man had to do, like i said was say OK... Random blood testing should be mandatory! And prolly will be in the next 5 yrs in all sports!

in fact no Pac doesn't have to say anything. random testing is not used and Pac is within his rights to say no.

what gives Mayweather the right to take the moral high ground and start making demands?
