when u look at the whole negoatition subjectively....Floyd agreed to everything even pacquaio ridiculous shenanigans. He agreed to the date, the weight, the gloves, and the split immediatley. he stands firm on his random blood test and Pacroid baisl out!

Now his camp on the other hand has done everything to not the make fight, including:

Floyd don't want march

Floyd don't want the weight

Floyd don't want 8 oz gloves

floyd don't want 50-50

It was just excuse after excuse and floyd debunked everyone and stand firms on arandom blood test and they say no rather agreeing to a 40M $$$ payday

One of the greatest Boxers of alltime and one of the biggest Boxing PPV attractions ever COULDN'T get a SINGLE concession on this fight...Not a single one - He agreed to ALL...I repeat ALL ALL ALL ALL of PAC's request...He received nothing...This is unheard of for a fighter of Mayweathers status...absolutely unheard of!!!

There would be NO chance in hell the negotiations would have gone this way of the shoe was on the other foot...Arum would have been requesting 70/30 along with everything else they asked for!

let's see: If manny had agreed to the olympic-style testing he would have to submit to 20 urine (which he has no problem with at all) and only about 3-4 blood tests at random. No cut-off date, no appointments, no heads up ahead of time.

Let me say this...I personally DO NOT think Manny's on anything but it is suspect to not take the tests if your clean??? Sorry folks his excuses don't wash and many have turned out to be flat out lies!!!

BTW...There are multiple post with Doctors, former Medical Chairman's from NSAC - the commision that would be administering the Urinalysis, Victor Conte, etc,.. who've also said the current system does NOT work and MUST include RANDOM BLOOD TESTS...

The PED's that are out there cannot be detected by the current system...
