  • You guys avoid the fact

floyd has made a very simple request, if manny agreed to it, then the fight would take place!!!!!!

So how can you say that floyd's afraid? Just say that manny is afraid of the drug test!!!!!

Lets not just sweep the fact that manny refuses to take the tests under the rug, and try to disparage floyd!!!!!

floyd wishes to make sure that manny and roach dont cheat!!!!

ARUM SPEAKS TO **********: PACQUIAO-MAYWEATHER DEAD
      By G. Leon

Arum: "Mayweather never wanted the fight"

Moments ago Manny Pacquiao promoter Bob Arum informed **********.com that the last ditch effort to save the March 13 mega-fight between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr has failed. "Richard Schaefer and Al Haymon tried to get the Pretty Boy to make the deal, but he didn't want to and I'm not surprised. Floyd Mayweather never wanted to fight Manny Pacquiao my friend," said Arum who added that "scientists were brought in to explain to Mayweather how protected he was" but Mayweather refused to allow Pacquiao's final test before the fight to take place 24 days before the fight. Pacquiao's defamation suit against the Mayweather's and Golden Boy will move forward, as will the Top Rank-Golden Boy arbitration that will determine whether or not Golden Boy should still be allowed an interest in Manny Pacquiao. (11:50 PM ET)

      • chicken floyd will never run out of excuses. even if pac agrees to random testing anytime within 30-days prior to the fight, his next demand would be pacman should be in his pink-colored briefs inside the ring with him.

        • There was always going to be an excuse, Floyd should just leave, retire and stay retired. He's bad for boxing, boring as **** to watch and nobody gives a **** about him. Bring on exciting fighters that put on a show for the fans.

It would almost be believable if Floyd did not leave Arum and tell him to get ****ed just before he exploded and became the PPV generator he is today. It would almost be believable if Pac and team did not come up with childish excuses and file frivolous lawsuits to avoid random PED testing. It would almost be believable if they didn't ask for a 10 mil per pound penalty over the 147 limit. It would almost be believable if they hadn't already lined up a replacement for Floyd before the fight was officially over.

This is Arum in damage control.....pure and simple!!!!!

              • I wonder what floyds bottom line was, as in up until when would he insist on random blood tests before the fight, 14 days? 1 week? 24 hours?, its a pity pac wouldnt move from 24 days to say 2 weeks to see the response from the mayweather camp

If floyd really wanted this fight he would have agreed to blood tests up to 24 days and as many urine tests as needed, he after all has said many times that he would beat pac easily with or without ped's (if he took them) so why not just go ahead and beat him then?

I'll have to second this: Mayweather most definitely has history of ducking tough fights...
