SHARING INFORMATION: The Banned Substances List

I have noticed that many posters are focusing on just 2 or 3 banned substances during the discussions on these forums.

In the interest of sharing information, please find attached a link to the WADA (and USADA) banned substances list.

As you will see, the list of banned performance enhancing drugs is quite lengthy. Extremely. And in some cases, it is sports-specific.

Please note that some procedures - such as blood doping or blood spinning - can not be detected via urinalysis.

    But check out the list.

    Thanks

so how does blood doping and blood spinning help a fighter win a fight?

you mentioned that only blood test could detect it... but how long does it take to test for it?

Does training harder and longer and recovering faster help a fighter to be better on fight night?

Does getting over an injury faster help a fighter to be better on fight night?

What makes EPO - not necessarily blood doping - different is that it is almost impossible to detect because it's absorbed and gone in a matter of a couple days. Nevertheless, the reason why BLOOD testing for EPO, and testing for blood doping period, is important is because it can track any unusual increases in your blood count...among other things. Coupled with the urine tests and then making them random isn't fullproof but it's damn good. Enough to make a user squirm.

meh.. I knew this'd happen. Floyd boys will find something is favored with blood and will automatically accuse Manny of it.

So now, Manny is on HGH, blood doping, what next?

wait... so testing for blood doping is as good as blood testing for HGH which has never caught anyone for doing it in 30 years?

Are you referring to the tests that Manny is refusing to take randomly?

It can clear his system within 24 days. So the 24 days is useless.

There must be a reason why Pacquiao wants to know when he WON'T be tested.
