Why is PAC GOING OUT OF HIS WAY TO AVOID RANDOM TESTS?

When the guy has blown thro a few divisions like nothing and has a conditioning coach who then claims "Pac doesn't know what i give him" its reason for fricken concern bra..

But as a huge boxing fan, Mayweather should just agree to this terms. Pac is not on steriods, never been proven his on it and never been proven that his on ANY ILLEGAL substance for that matter. Hopefully, the negotiotions are still going. Pac knows he can beat may and may knows his talent will outbox manny.
the judge was being fair. pac has always passed every test.

now if it was mosley, then I agree 5 days before the fight... but pac is clean.

floyd is scared and is ducking the fight.

next up floyd vs. matt hatton.

both camps went to the judge to mediate. the judged mediated & they came up with a proposal. both camps took it to their fighters.

        Pac agreed. Yelloweather didnt.

They compromised on every detail of the fight. I reckon they compromise on the blood testing. Pacquiao compromised. The other side didnt.

        Plain & simple.

You tell me who was more willing to make the fight.

mayweather wanted a lie detector test along with the USADA style testing.

            that was the deal breaker.

I don't understand why Pac needs 24 days to recover from a blood test?

& i dont see why fraudulent mayweather jr. needed to ask for test that has never been asked for any boxer in the history of the sport.

He has gone 40-0 & now he asks for extra tests?

Of course Manny accepted the deal and Floyd rejected the deal.

No random blood testing and they wanted the Mayweathers to apologize to Manny.

I dont understand why Roach said they would pass the tests then back track with lies and excuses, then blame Manny's refusal ultimately on Floyd because he somehow "knew" Manny wouldn't agree, but they had already agreed to OST...lol...

No way Floyd would accept that. 24 Day cut off.

Manny basically "priced' himself out of the fight.

Why does he need 24 days to recover from a blood test.
