There is no "ruling" in a mediation. You can't refuse a ruling.
Ok, you dont like the word. Fine. They asked the judge to mediate the case. This was what the judged came up with. It was taken to both sides & pacquiao has agreed while yelloweather didnt.

Dont be ignorant & ******. There is a difference. That is a thread created in the boxing history section of this site which im sure you never post in because you lack it, naming the countless fighters who have done basically the same thing pacquiao is doing.

What Pac is doing is NOTHING NEW.

Im trying to help you be less ignorant of the situation. The ******ity part you are on your own.

Mayweather spurns compromise; Pacquiao to face different foe

The megafight between Floyd Mayweather Jr., left, and Manny Pacquiao, right, will not take place on March 13 as tentatively scheduled after Mayweather refused to accept a compromise agreement struck during a marathon negotiating session.
              AP

The megafight between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. won’t take place in March, Top Rank chairman Bob Arum said Wednesday.

Mayweather refused to accept a compromise agreement struck during Tuesday’s marathon mediation session in Santa Monica, Calif., according to an anonymous source with knowledge of those talks. At issue was Pacquiao’s refusal to submit to random blood tests as part of prefight drug testing for the bout that had been tentatively scheduled for March 13.

Arum said he is still under a gag order from the mediator, retired judge Daniel Weinstein, regarding the situation. But Arum said he expects to announce today plans for a March 13 or 20 fight in Las Vegas between Pacquiao and WBA junior middleweight champion Yuri Foreman.

Arum hasn't honered that gag order..he is already selling out. I can't wait to hear from the other side.

Words have meaning. Refusing a "ruling" is VASTLY different than not wanting to "compromise". You don't understand mediation.

Mediation and arbitration are different. Jeez, the people on this board.

At issue is Pacquiao's refusal to submit to random blood testing.

Mayweather went out of his way to NOT MAKE THIS FIGHT.

Why is PAC GOING OUT OF HIS WAY TO AVOID RANDOM TESTS?

When the guy has blown thro a few divisions like nothing and has a conditioning coach who then claims "Pac doesn't know what i give him" its reason for fricken concern bra..
How about you read this son? i said coupled with Pac's destroying fighters from 130-147 in 2 years and his conditioning coach saying "Manny doesn't know what he takes' its decent grounds for thinking there might be something up. This is not about what some other fighter did going up in weight..

You also got nothing with this comment "Mayweather went out of his way to stop the fight" when he clearly accepted gloves, date, Money etc while Pac accepted nothing at all, wether there was grounds for testing at all.
