There's a reason they don't want random blood testing even if blood will only be drawn from Manny's body 3-4 times as opposed to about 20 urine tests.

Do you even know what HGH is? Honestly....

Also Why would any credible doctor use Wikipedia, a site that lacks zero to little credibility. You do know Wiki is just a site where the average joe types in whatever they want (often leading to many errors and false claims).

Pacquiao wants to know when he WON'T be tested.

          That is a strange request.

No doubt. If they can't agree on the testing they should just move on and fight someone else.

Why are you focusing on ONLY the wiki link ...which was just a brief bio on the doctor. What about the other links?

mosley was not tested for EPO back then. they test for EPO now.
the test for EPO wasnt even developed until 2003, the yr of mosley/DLH 2.

suffice to say, NSAC has made advancements in their testing since.
like i said, the NSAC uses WADA's list of prohibited substances in their testing process. if it is screened by WADA (and hence the USADA) it is screened by NSAC.

as for your further arguments, what PEDs can be found in blood that cannot be found in urine (other than HGH, which has a 0% detection rate via blood testing)?
                EVERYTHING passes through the kidneys.

and if you're gonna say anything about masking agents, ALL the masking agents that WADA tests for, NSAC tests for.

HGH can't be detected by any blood test at all.

EPO is detectable by urine test.
