some reason you've been wilding out lately. No one with a
sane mind will believe Floyd ducked Pacquiao ESPECIALLY
since Pac refused a random blood test to keep things on the
up and up between both fighters. Manny made the decision
to not take the tests and actually had his next opponents
lined up even before the negotiations even got to this level.
Like Miguel Cotto said, What's the big deal with random testing
both fighters? Cotto said Manny was wrong not Floyd. UNBIAS
mind would see the same.

No Sir, what Floyd's camp should do is to organize all the professional boxers and sign a common petition. The boxers are the real party in interest because they stand to be affected by whatever may be the decision of the commission..Boxers who do not sign will be at the losing end because they won't be allowed to fight in a place where the governing body has jurisdiction because the randon blood testing is now mandatory..

You have your point but let us also take a look at Manny's side as some people have already said this already here for the nth time. If Floyd's camp is sincere to make the fight happen and pac refused their demand as what he has done. All they could have done is petition it with NSAC who's the proper authority in these things and that will force Manny to follow Floyd's demand through NSAC's ruling.
The problem with Floyd demanding it and singling out Manny when he has already fought 40 fights before makes it look like your insulting, harassing Pacquiao and that's bias.

Majority of the people will surely give the fault to Floyd, this may forever tarnish his legacy since there's already an insinuation before this fight that some part of his career he ducked fighters who can give him a hard test. This statement does not just come from me and a lot of people will agree on this.

so all I'm asking is why does floyd insist on olympic random blood testing when it cannot detect HGH?

random blood testing cannot prove anything. there are no blood tests that can detect HGH use.

Cotto is a very good boxer, but he's not a PED expert.
