The reason is he's doing something that very rarely happens. Manny is going up in weight and is stronger, faster and absolutely raping higher weight divisions and he's doing it at a bit of an older age.

While manny seems like a religious good hearted man. His performance is so powerful it's questionable.

I see your point! Pacman is so hated by the *****s and some boxing fans, even before this drug test fiasco (this is just another ammo on their arsenal) that I have to scratch my head where the hate is coming from! The guy just want to entertain us all with his fights!

With absence of alibis due to big losses, they degrade themselves to crab mentalities. But not all Americans, a majority actually like Pacman.

It should be NSAC's call not the Mayweather or GB camp. If they really want this test to be implemented then they should petition it to NSAC stating that the current drug screening is insufficient and unreliable. In that way this new drug test requirement may apply across the board and not to only one fighter.

That concept applies to all forms of entity where there is one voice that presumes authority over others such as the NSAC as related to the sport of boxing. It is a bad idea to make a rule for only one person or entity. Rules should be across the board. Else it will appear as bullying and harassing. Imagine that kind of scenario in a corporate workplace.

Arum has already stated a dozen times that he will agree to and follow whatever NSAC requires - even random blood test. He recognizes NSAC to be the one with true authority for the matter and not the Mayweather camp GBP.

I don't think this race issue.

How I see this is that those people who bet against Pacquiao for the DLH and Cotto fight now see a reason to excuse themselves from the loss.

Also, most of the bullying comes from Mayweather fanatics. (I'm not gonna say '*****s')
