If there is no fight it is because of Pac, any other athlete would have agreed to the testing by now. Just like Holyfield did for that big one against Mike Tyson.

Because nothing like Pacquiao has been seen before. He has accomplished more than anyone ever dreamed of, kept his power and speed through numerous weight categories and seems to be only getting better.

Yes, it is a compliment. So then why is everyone so upset? I think Pacquiao needs to get over his superstitions and take the tests or at least have his team monitored. OSHA has mandated the MSDSs and may uncover trade secrets for safety purposes if it is deemed necessary. Why, then, is a measure like this not explored? Pacquiao and team do not seem to mind training sessions being filmed...why not just have both camps be completely transparent to the appropriate authorities (not to each other, though) to ensure each is within guidelines if Manny does not want to take the tests past a certain date?

It's only an excuse if there is some doubt. Remove the doubt, as Pacquiao should want to do, and there is no room for that sort of thing.

Its a way for the mayweather camp to create a excuse or doubt about pacquiao's possible win. Even if pac wins & passes the test, the doubt was already planted in the beginning.

There was no way pacquiao was gonna go away looking good fighting mayweather whether he won or not.
