Threats in the past few years and all have some sort of triangle theory on each other. Funny how Floyd isnt on this list, of course none of the Hattons, and JMM are on there either.
I live in the UK but I don't give out too many personal details on here.
Floyd has a small fan base in London. I remeber that idiotic reporter from when Floyd came to London. He said Floyd could fight at Wembley.
This **** is ****ing hilarious. Good luck filling Wembley arena. I estimate 80,000-85-000 empty seats.
Do you live in London? cause i don't believe you do with talk like this..
He has a good fan base, will he fill Wembley STADIUM? (ofc he would fill arena) no he wont, not vs Matthew Hatton anyway, vs Khan? im 100% sure it would.
I'm sorry but I don't see any justification for this fight. I don't see Floyd fighting past the age of 35, he has no time to be fighting bums. (no offense to Matt, he's decent, but compared to Floyd, he's a bum). I know Floyd likes to make easy money, but this is ridiculous.
It just happens that UK fans appreciate Floyd Mayweather Jr.He wants to fight someone from the UK in the UK for the UK fans but at the moment Matthew Hatton is the best fighter at WW,Amir Khan is a non starter because Warren wont accept the fight. No one has a name and Matthew Hatton is relatively well known.
It's just a way of paying his fans by giving everyone a chance to come to his fight live.SRR did that, all the great fighters used to have tours fighting guys from those countries. At the moment there is no place on earth where Floyd is more appreciated than in the UK.
You lucky bastards... I wish he would fight in Germany... to see once the greatest fighter of our generation...
I think in general Europeans are way more loyal then US fans... US fans give you 1000 reasons why to **** on fighters like Mayweather, Roy Jones etc. and don't even know how blessed they are... I would pray to once see a talent like this in Germany.
It's not only sports... also in music or something... I mean tours from acts like Tina Turner or something even though she isn't what she was anymore is still sold out... because ppl respect what she has accomplished overcome and stay loyal... as an star you have to give a lot it's sad that most when it is time to give something back don't do it... I think in general european sport fans appreciate more...
Even though I'm German and we not supposed to like the Brits... I just can't stress how great and loyal the brit fans are... everytime I see soccer games it's unbelievable... everytime a fighter from them fights... I'm really thinking about making a trop to England if May fights there
Floyd is not popular in the UK. I don't know how many times I need to repeat this, but he isn't popular. Most Brits hate loudmouth yanks. That's the truth. If he tries to build a fan base here, he will soon realize he doesn't have as many fans as he thinks. His open workout in London does not reflect his popularity (or lack of it) around the rest of the country.
Nobody in the UK supports Matthew Hatton!
im a UK floyd fan, i think he has his fair share of supporters here
Floyds been out for 2 years, fights a blown fighter and then goes to face the best fighter of the last 10years Manny pacquiao..?
Floyd fighting a fighter like Matt Hatton makes sence. He can make money in the UK because we love him over here.. He can get his full rhythm and shapeness back before he challegenes Pac
If this fight comes across as a tune up I wouldnt mind.. Many fighters have done this in the past, dont bash floyd for it because hes floyd.. HATERZZZZZZZZZZ
Pac's camp has already agreed to take any random blood & urine testing, as long as it's set and administered by the NSAC, which is the rightful governing body. So why has Floyd's camp NOT AGREED TO THIS yet???
Because he wants it administered by USADA. But USADA's CEO Tygart is a known Dela Hoya friend and affiliate.
