The reason why Floyd Mayweather wants to fight Matthew Hatton

It just happens that UK fans appreciate Floyd Mayweather Jr.He wants to fight someone from the UK in the UK for the UK fans but at the moment Matthew Hatton is the best fighter at WW,Amir Khan is a non starter because Warren wont accept the fight. No one has a name and Matthew Hatton is relatively well known.

It's just a way of paying his fans by giving everyone a chance to come to his fight live.SRR did that, all the great fighters used to have tours fighting guys from those countries. At the moment there is no place on earth where Floyd is more appreciated than in the UK.

Floyd is not popular in the UK. I don't know how many times I need to repeat this, but he isn't popular. Most Brits hate loudmouth yanks. That's the truth. If he tries to build a fan base here, he will soon realize he doesn't have as many fans as he thinks. His open workout in London does not reflect his popularity (or lack of it) around the rest of the country.

but at the moment Matthew Hatton is the best fighter at WW

Nobody in the UK supports Matthew Hatton!

I live in the UK but I don't give out too many personal details on here.

Floyd has a small fan base in London. I remeber that idiotic reporter from when Floyd came to London. He said Floyd could fight at Wembley.

This **** is ****ing hilarious. Good luck filling Wembley arena. I estimate 80,000-85-000 empty seats.

I dont know where you come from man,Floyd's very popular in London that's for a fact.I happened to go to his work out too and guys came from as far afield as Scotland.I was walking in my high street the other day and I overheard these 14yr olds talking about Floyd Mayweather. They were actually dissing Manny and this is generally a white neighbourhood so this has nothing to do with Floyd's colour.
You also claim Brits hate loud mouth yanks.I dont know where you live man,as far as I know even guys who were popular in the 80s like Oneal (sp) fill up arenas this side, the NFL sells out Wembley every year.Next week I will have to pay for my tickets for games which will be played end of October.Americans dont even know who is Donnel Jones or Boys to Men anymore, these guys perform all over the UK,Smokey Robinson etc. That hatred thing is a myth.Just in case the loud mouth bit is lacking in all this Ali was well recieved when Americans didnt want him.Europeans are a civilised bunch

You also question Matthew Hatton's credentials. On the world stage yes he's not the best but in UK who is better than him at WW?People in the UK are not such haters.

Floyd's first choice was Manny pacquiao.Berto-Mosley is end of January and so that fight cant be done before May.Floyd already has a date in March,if Manny doesnt do tests he will just repay his UK fans in March then have a big fight in May or July.

Sometimes people get too blind, check all the super stars, can you justify why Mike Tyson fought Peter McNeely?Tyson had a reasonable number of bums on his list and even delaHoya has some bums,Hopkins just fought a no name guy.Pavlick has bums so isnt a fighter allowed to have an easy fight in his career.SRR would do European Tours fighting local fighters, why is he voted the best fighter of all time?Everyone knows him but why?He fought all over the world even though he was good.

I dont think you know the difference between Wembley Arena and Wembley Stadium.Floyd can easily fill Wembley Arena, even Danny Williams and David Haye fill Wembley Arena

Floyd is popular in England thats not up for debate. What IS up for debate is why fight Matthew Hatton?! That guy is a total bum. Amir Khan would make sense but Amir said himself he is not gonna fight the elite untill he is in his prime himself which should be in a year or 2.
