in this case, it's awkward manny is filing a lawsuit, but has refused to be tested. if manny were to take the tests, and come out clean, i think he'd have better grounds for his lawsuit. Never in the history of boxing that one fighter launched a smear campaign to his opponent. That is not good for boxing and the boxing fan. Pacman's image is tarnished. The suit is about Pacman proving his image was destroyed by the accuser and team mayweather's goal is to prove that Pacman's is a steroids user. It is just fair to have the lawsuit. If this does not go to trial and settled out of court, you will see this mess again and again in the future. Besides if you really think Pacman is on roids, then you have nothing to worry about and you can laugh all you want, but not until the case is settled.
