Mayweather's style doesn't agree with an opponent that has the height/reach advantage, although mayweathers arms are gorilla length I believe pauls are longer.

Mayweather would have a hard day at the office but I don't see him signing this unless the 0 is gone.

williams' chin and lack of defense will bother him (williams).

tell that reach **** to carlos quintana....

i keep saying, the knock on the punisher is that he doesn't use his size advantages enough. just because the man is big doesn't mean much if he doesn't use them....

everything quintana and martinez can do, floyd does better, and is much faster, and doesn't tire out, and doesn't get hit.

he beats williams embarrassingly. once again, i am a fan of paul williams, but he doesn't do well against good boxers. like margarito, PW needs guys that will stand and trade with him, and won't move.

and who said anything about baldomir?
Allow me to explain, the reason I brought up Baldomir was because of ur use of Quintana as a comparison!!The Punisher's limitation won't be shown vs a small back peddler who averages under 40 punches a round, that's all!!

I think Mayweather could UD Williams.
I like Williams, from what i have seen of him he likes a good tear up. He seems well rounded, and has such size advantage over the welterweights. Having said that he can be out boxed. I think Mayweathers too good for the punisher and would be able to pick up a points win.

pwill will outwork floyd. floyd will be brilliant, but pwill just throws way too many punches and floyd will get stuck in a defensive shell just like winky did.

floyd just doesn't take enough risks.

i used quintana, b/c he's not great, but he showed a boxer, w/ good movement and angles, can give williams problems....martinez co-signed that...

floyd beat baldomir, and beat him easily.....so why bring that up? it has no relevance to this thread?

my thoughts exactly. williams is good, but he's there to be timed, and hit, at will. floyd is one of the most accurate punchers in the game.

winky was on old legs, that hadn't been in the ring in like two years.

all winky had, was his shell, he showed no movement whatsoever in that fight, all he could do was go into a defensive posture and try to deflect as many of williams' punches as he could.

mayweather is a MOVER, who will stay outta williams' range all night, won't tire out, and time and counter williams at will.....

comparing the wright fight, to what mayweather does in the ring is absurd.

blah blah blah... floyd and winky are safety first boxers. both win with their defense not their offense. they both can get stuck in defensive mode. floyd would get outworked.
