I don't think what Paulie is saying about Manny is accurate. Pacquiao didn't take loads of flush shots from a fresh Cotto, he took some hard ones in the first two rounds but he hurt Cotto in R.2 and after that his power wasn't the same.

De La Hoya couldn't land on Pacquiao with any consistency nor could Hatton. If Pac was getting beat on properly Paulie would have a point but these guys never really got to him properly.

Pac's offense is his best defence, these guys can't land their power shots because they're taking 3 or 4 in return which weakens them.

Probably because he's a fighter and most of the people here aren't and he could end up fighting Pac, but he is still willing to sacrifice that fight for talking what he's talking.
