i guess in the end, pac will agree to all the testing and will beat floyd.
    We can only hope.

wait and see. this is all part of negotiation and pre-fight controversy. it got out of hand.

but i predict pac will agree to all the tests and will still beat floyd. fight may not happen in march, but later in the year 2010.

I hope so. Although I suspect the agreement will have no random (blood) tests...at least at a certain time.

Taking the tests wont prove ****.

Floyd will out box Pac, and the accusations that Pac juiced for Cotto and Hatton will still be there.

If so many othet top fighters are juicing, why is Pac destroying them?

          Maybe he's just that good.

Question: are these illegal substances just in case there would be on his system just before the fight would instantly disappear right after the fight? huh? If the answer is, the substance still present then what's the point of compelling Pac for a USADA blood test style before the fight? huh????? Did this simple question ever cross to you minds, huh? huh???!!!

Also he was blood tested (not randomly or for steroids) 24 days prior to the Hatton fight.
do you mean that he will be tough during the training because of this illegal substance and yet this toughness remains during the actual fight without taking this substance????! Isn't your body become strong and your speed if ever, will become fast because your body reacted to the present effect of this substance? and without this you will become sluggish? Maybe we'll need to be educated first on this illegal substance before we will comment.

                    what's the petition?

It's a bit more than 'he said, she said', some (much?) of the US media is running with the idea that Pac is a steroid abuser. If he's innocent then it's pretty harsh to put it into millions of people's minds. It could also legitimately cost him loss of earnings.

I'm no Mayweather hater but if he said it about Hatton I'd be furious so I can understand why some are getting bent out of shape.

Peds don't need to be in your system on the actual night of the fight in order for it to be effective. What it does is enhance your training making you train harder, longer and become stronger, quicker and develop a much greater stamina for the night of the fight. So cycling on and off it doesn't hurt you at all because you are building with it and by the night of the fight the peds don't need to be in your system anymore as it did its job in your training regimen.
