He is not willing to take the test , this is not a single test its a procedure , they want random testing with reasonable cut off point to make Manny happy they have said they would except 5-14 days cut off and 2-5 random tests over the course of training , Pac says no to this testing and want to change the way they test telling them when to test lol , thats not up to Pac or Floyd thats up to the testers , no other clean athlete has said no to stringent testing before that I can find anywhere in sporting history .
