    its hard to say but here in Mexico, you call an ambulance and it takes like 2 days for the ambulance to get to the place... imagine that and its true, i lived here in Mexico my whole life and i can tell you this for experience, is sad but is the truth.

      Damn, I wonder if the 60% in less than 15 mins is actual response time when emergency help arrives or when they are actually "done" with the situation.even though if it takes 15 mins for emergency help to arrive is long time especially if it's a life and death situation..Hopefully they can get a different system resolved to make sure that it can bump up that 60%, but I'm pretty sure ambulance delays happen all over and it happens to everyday people so I wonder how much different it is compared to other cities.

                Looks as if 911 is a joke in Puerto Rico as well. Man it's been a really tough two years for Miguel Cotto Jr.! My condolences to the Cotto family.

                  are there no near hospitals in that area....no concern citizen lend help and drove don miguel to the hospital....
