Are you ******ed? Mayweather broke the rules. I dont give a **** what the weight was, he didnt come in at the contracted weight.

It would be like saying Pac only tested positive for one type of PED, so we shouldnt test for any others.

But then again, Pac has never cheated. Unlike Mayweather.

lmao, you *******s are forgetting that pacquaio came in overweight for a title fight. Yes it was at 112 lbs, but then again, "I dont give a **** what the weight was, he didnt come in at the contracted weight."

What the **** do you call that?

When has Floyd ever came into a fight scheduled at 147 and came in over ??????

Last I checked this is a 147 Pound fight..a weight Floyd makes comfortably....

Most boxing fights dont even gross 10,000,000 dollars..yet a boxer has to pay his opponent that much for every single pound...are you friggin kidding me?

Thats fair?....That gets no mention at all.
Yes this has been brought up before many times. The difference is that there are no rules or regulations that is mandated by the Nevada commision or boxing's governing body when it comes to fines or penalties in weight stipulations agreed upon by both parties, or type of gloves, what color shorts they should wear, shoes, or any of these other stuff. These are issues that can be negotiated in the contract without having to change or interfere with the rules that are provided by the Nevada commision. For drug testing on the other hand, there is a standard drug test that the Nevada commision imposed on all fighters and that all fighters are obligated and regulated to take. Don't forget that the standard drug test is the same test that Floyd himself have been taking throughout his whole career and have depended on it, believe in it, and relied on it, so why should Floyd be allowed to change the rules and regulations, let me see you answer that. I'll quote Dan Rafael from ESPN, probably the best way to explain part of the situation.

I get it. floyd has always made 147 lbs... that said, he still cheated. floyd has established a history of cheating. hence the 10 million per pound penalty is sensible.

First of all im not a "*******" or even a big Pacquiao fan at all. Second, how does Pac coming in overweight at 112lbs justify the extra blood testing?

                    Strange logic.
