Should Pacquiao drop the lawsuit if the fight can still be made?

I'd like to see both. The fight and the lawsuit. I'd like to see if a convicted drug trafficker can really win a defamation suit against an honest man. The real norm is: an honest and respectable individual usually sues a dishonest and disrespectable individual. But I am also excited to see the fight. I am pretty sure that Pacman will win atleast one of them. If Pacman wins the lawsuit, uglyfloyd would practically be fighting for nothing $$$ and then still have to pay taxes to the IRS even though all his winning goes to Pacman's pocket.

The fight should be made, but guys like PBF and Co, need to be taken to the dry cleaners. They need to be made an example of because theyare a law upon themselves. They dont follow rules everyone else abide by.

They thought they could ruin Pac, with their jealousy, ie, ill will, resentment, su****ion, spite, distrust, grudging etc etc. There has to be consequence for these feelings PBF has for Pac
Pac wishes no bad feeling for PBF ie is not jealous of anything about PBF. Pac just wants a fight with him.
