Random Test is fine if its required but its not. Random means they can do it a day before the fight and Pac dont like that. Floyd is a cheater he might have a ready procedure to cheat in this.

Too much has been said about this issue of random testing but we have yet to find one who has taken the cudgels to bring this one up to the proper forum. Floyd and his group is an interested party..Why not file a petition before the governing body to make this random testing mandatory to all concerned? Yes, parties may negotiate on whatever terms they want under the sun. People here are arguing why is it that Pac's camp asked for a penalty of 10M for every pound over the contracted weight? The amount may be too much but, still, asking for this, i.e. penalty per se, is not unprecedented. On the other hand, asking for extra testing in addition to the prevailing test IMHO is unprecedented, thus, the refusal..There is still time..If Floyd's camp is in good faith, why not file a petition before the governing body and start the application thereof with the Mosley-Berto fight. Do you think Pac's camp will oppose the petition? I don't think so because the petition will be all encompassing that it will bind all professional boxers, not only Floyd and Pac...
