NEVADA doesnt require it so why would the Champion and the Draw Manny Pacquiao obliged to the duck?

now if the duck sends a request to Nevada Commission for that kind of testing. Pacquiao would do it no problem.

Berto didnt require a steroid user in Mosley to do it why would a son of a ex convict require a clean fighter in pacquiao to do it?
