Oscar De La Hoya fought two known people who have been on PEDs..
That's the difference between the two. You will at least know where De La Hoya stands when it comes to comparing him to the greats.. we all know what he can and can't do.
He left no doubt.. Mayweather on the other hand.. you can't say the same. Why? Because he never had the balls to go above and beyond.

Get me a link. I already asked twice. Haven't seen any interview where Roach said this.

It's obvious they were against it and didn't see it necessary from the start.
Do you have a link to info indicating Arum "crossed it off" before starting negotiations? Cause my understanding up to this point has been that they
entertained the idea of the USADA performing random blood testing until they disagreed on the cutoff dates.

It's on an interview on the front page here on boxing scene where I read it.
              Arum himself stated it.

                  Ive seen that before....

He said "We'll past any test, anytime"

3 weeks later they're singing a different song.

Im looking for the article now.

I really don't know much about HGH.. I have heard its for bulking up.
I haven't seen Manny Pacquiao bulk up much at all though.
He's pretty much stayed around the same fight night weight.
