Just for once use your common sense. Take the last word, for all I care. You people are unrehabilitatable.
Of course they can fight without the more stringent testing. They could fight without any testing period. Would you be in favor of that? What if Mayweather declined to subject himself to any testing period, including urine testing? Would you be ok with that? Mayweather has never tested positive for anything, so nobody has any reason to doubt him, right? Whether they can fight without the random blood testing isn't the point. The point is why doesn't Pacquiao want to comply with the stricter testing? Why has his team came up with several BS excuses for why he doesn't want to comply? The reason that Mayweather is requesting the more stringent testing does not matter. He may genuinely feel that Pacquiao is on PEDS, he may not believe that Pacqiao is that strong, or this may just be a way to get into Pacquiao's head. Regardless, Pacquiao looks su****ious by refusing the request. He's done more damage to his name and reputation by refusing the tests, than anybody from team Mayweather could have ever done. What is "******" about stricter testing that both fighters will be subjected to? You sound like a little kid who doesn't know any better. If that's the case then I'm sorry I even engaged with you to start with.

If your premise is: What if Mayweather declined himself to any testing period including urine testing?

He cannot do that because NSAC as the governing body has rules to be followed that includes medical testing procedure which require every fighter to subject themselves into this procedure.

Manny has all the reason to decline Mayweathers demand because it's not within the NSAC rules. However Manny is agreeable to 5-day before the fight window blood test but not 2-days before the fight. He is also willing to a blood test right after the fight in his locker room. Mayweathers team rejected it and keep on insisting the olympic style random blood testing which the test itself has no predetermined cut off time which could lead up to the fight night.

Now, if PBF really is stepping on the plate and wants to fight Manny, he should accept even the after-fight blood test because this is the only blood test that will have best effective results. Manny is already giving him favor of having his blood tested right after the fight in his locker room, which is already beyond the required medical testing procedure by NSAC and not even required. Is this not enough agreeing to PBF's demand for a blood testing to find out if someone is using illegal substance?

Your premise: Mayweather has never tested positive for anything, so nobody has any reason to doubt him, right?

Do you think it's fair for Mayweather to doubt Manny even if Manny was never tested positive for anything? Be reasonable enough!!!

Arum doesn't want Mayweathers team dictating the rules because it's the job of the commission. If you join a contest, you don't make the rules. If you want some rules to be amended, address it to the proper governing body of the contest.

Everbody wants clean, fair fight. This terms is already fair to both fighters and also to the fans. Let's make the fight happen!
