You seem to be a logical person but that statement is not true and thats why Mayweather was requesting random blood and urine testing up to the fight date. PEDS that are being used nowadays aren't like the traditional steroids from the past that would remain in your system for months or even a year. Peds being used today can now be cycled out of your system in a matter of hours or even masked so as to not be detected. Thats why there shouldn't be a cut off time because if the person knows that theres a cutoff time and they won't be tested after that cutoff time then they can just simply resume using peds or use it after that cut off time and that my friend is why there shouldn't be a cut off time. And to be honest there probably will be a cut off date but neither party (Mayweather or Pac) needs to know the cut off date for obvious reasons i stated earlier.

random sampling 5 days before the fyt ...that's fair.
then 1 ryt after the fyt....as insurance test.
anything pac ingest during training and after the 5 day cut-off will be detected.
masking?? what if one takes the drug and mask it all the days of random testing??
i tell you, the mayweathers know a lot more about drugs...they can do the masking, etc.

And RANDOM testing will result in the fighters testing at different times and at different places. There is no way they will test at the same exact time and at the same exact place. What does that mean? One fighter will be at a disadvantage by having to give blood closer to the fight than the other boxer.

I'm a huge JMM fan he's my favorite fighter but FMJ beats JMM at any weight. Floyd IS a faster longer armed more defensively skilled JMM.

Yes, Roach stated that he would allow blood test no later than 5 days prior. Too much had already gone on and Arums "pride" was hurt.
Time and time again Mayweather Jr. has said "I am my OWN boss, Bob Arum is Mannys boss."
Lets be fair, Mayweathers were coming down in negotiations but by then Arum was pissed. IMO if anyone is to blame it is Bob Arum ..... and GBP.

blood dopeing does not get picked up in urine test. Shane Mosely was also on roids he never failed a piss test. Micheal Moore frmr heavyweight let floyd know that pac is on something. there were no problems until floyd ask for this test. PAC TAKE THE DAM TEST

Who said Floyd wanted the fight to be at 154 and he wanted 10oz gloves??? Yes you got it Arum said it. Not Floyd or any rep from Floyd's side. Arum also said that Floyd didn't want to fight Pac on mar 13th, so they were going to fight someone else. But we never heard Floyd say that, we heard Floyd say he will fight on mar 13th. Then Pac's side says his ear drum got bust in the fight vs Cotto and mar wouldn't be enough time. Then came the issue with the split. Pac's side wanted a 50/50 split and said Floyd would never agree and that Floyd didn't want to fight him. Guess what, Floyd agreed. Floyd also agreed to 10mil for every lb over he comes in, which is not something the NSAC had a say so in, it was written in the contract, just like the random testing. Pac's people never wanted this fight to happen, and they have been doing everything in their power to stop this fight. Mayweather enlisted the help of GBP to make this fight. That's how much he wanted the fight to get done. He knows Schaeffer and Arum had a good history and they could possibly come to an agreement. But Arum doesn't want to see his cash cow take another lose.He knows after Mayweather picks him apart his buzz will dwindle.... The fight may not happen, but it won't be because of Mayweather. Random blood testing should be done for every fight. And anyone who refuses is sending a sign that you're on something. It's like if a cop pulls you over, and you refuse a sobriety test. It sends a clear message. Bottom line Pac need to take the test and fight a clean fight.
