He will do it in the accordance of the authorized agency who has the jurisdiction w/c is the NSAC. If the NSAC said that they must undergo random blood testing under USADA, then so be it, Team Pac will abide to it.

    Got it?

Let me ask you something pugay.....

    - Ariza has gone on record as saying Manny has no idea what he takes

    - Manny has gone on record and said he has no idea what a steroid looks like

Now i know you belive both of them (since team Pac is beyond question....beyond reproach) and hence take these statements as fact.

So my question is given this information.....would Manny even know if he was taking PED's....he could be taking them without even knowing.....

    Got it?

      2007 | 130 | Barrera II | Ring Weight: 144 | Rehydration: 14lbs
      2008 | 129 | Marquez II | Ring Weight: 145 | Rehydration: 16lbs
      2008 | 134½ | Diaz | Ring Weight: 147 | Rehydration: 12½ lbs

      2009 | 138 | Hatton | Ring Weight: 148 | Rehydration: 10 lbs
      2009 | 144 | Cotto | Ring Weight: 149 | Rehydration: 5 lbs

144-149 = 5 lbs difference in three years.

If you are draining too much you will loose your power & stamina. I guess you don't need to be a rocket scientist just to comprehend this.
Good points here but 15 lbs of rehydration aren't really that unusual. If a fighter hardly rehydrates like Many at WW he is probably at his top weight or over weight which should slow him down I think that's what confuses people. I personally don't think he's on steroids, I think he's a freak of nature I mean look at dude's calfs that's not steroids. Still think that there is more to this than Manny being a great man of principle. I think someone's advising him not to take the fight yet for whatever reason.

I have mentioned the calves and lower body to people before. I'm still relatively on the fence about wether he is on PED's but his flat out refusal for testing and even compromise and now a frivolous lawsuit is pushing me to believe he is hiding something.

If he truly is clean the fact that he has such a big base i.e. calves and upper legs for a little man may explain his ability to carry the extra weight better and increase speed + power.

almost if not lost both and now Homie is destroy guys
naturally bigger than him? I don't know if Pacquiao is or
isn't but he should just take the tests to set the record
            and Mayweathers straight.

JMM is a gangsta,he never get stopped unlike Cotto and Hatton, and like you said he get dropped 4 times,so it proves Manny had the power.

JMM moved up to face a 146 Mayweather and he get dropped only once.
He was outboxing Manny,he has heart and a good chin so he don't get koed.
            Style makes fights.

Manny won all his 7 titles by KO,Manny from 1996 to 2006 won 27 fights, including 26 by KO.
He didn't koed Larrios and Marquez as rare exemples, but Larrios get dropped twice,Marquez X times.
Obviously Manny is a lil bigger now,and he isn't weight drained anymore,he can eat all the proteins he wants...He has more pop,but he couldn't drop Oscar for exemple, yall talk like Manny at WW is Tommy Hearns because he knocked Hatton in two.

            Poor logic...

              Right before....its not ideal is it....it may distract u mentally.....the day before = no problem....manny needs 30????

I get your point....but if they take his the before the fight they will also take floyds......to me its still an even playing field.....

Hell they take Lance Armstrongs in tour de france before every stage and in btw whenever they can......

Really my point is this.....30 days is absurd.....i mean if Manny said no problem but i absolutely do not want anything taken the day of the fights or even the day before....hell have a 3 or 4 day cut off.....but 30??????

its not JUST before a fight bro.
Its leading up to the fight. Some of you all make it seem as though they would drain blood from Manny about 20 minutes before the first round and not Floyd..which is not the case. I could see if Manny was the ONLY person it would happen to, but that is just not the case. BOTH fighters will be tested and its only a small amount of blood. You could test me whenever and I'm not saying that to defend Floyd, but I was that way in college when I played football, I was tested a few times, very early in the morning and I had no problem with it. For real.

I seriously think it might affect PAC's legacy more than Mayweather. I mean FMJ is who he is. He likes to talk and stir up trouble even though is the best pure boxer I've ever seen you can't change him. His behavior is expected and I don't really have a problem with it. PAC really threw me off with his behavior he acts all humble and stuff in the ring. Now his ego is too big for him to give a couple teaspoons of blood. Regardless of who you think is right he's always been a ferocious competitor. You would think he'd say something like cut of the tests 3-5 days before the fight and I'm down, but 30? I don't know my whole thought all along is that Floyd's style is so different from what he's ever faced and his skills/athleticism are so much better than anybody but maybe PAC himself, that I think he and his camp want a fight or two with similar opponents before they get him in there with Floyd just to change his mindset in the ring a bit.

the pacman was actually put into a random testing when NSAC asked for
blood test just two days before fight with morales.

he complained about dizziness and weakness...
i do'nt blame him for not going thru the same predicament..

my point is he has a valid reason and floyd just have to man up and fight him.
