appreciate your thoughts but the allegations have gone out of control. even larry merchant said that. it transcended beyond boxing and even mainstream media is now talking about it

it is seriously hurting manny's image. and if you think that it is not ground to sue then maybe just pause for a moment...what would you do if someone accuses you of being a *****phile, no evidence provided, someone is just out to ruin you because of your success and you are now facing the thought of losing your job, losing your family and friends, being listed in the sex offenders list and a stigma will be forever attached to your name?

manny didn't want to sue at first, despite the fact that some of his friends advised him to. he thought it was pre-fight just trash talking. but when it became a major issue in the stipulation of the contract and GBP joined in the allegation that when he thought that it's no longer a laughing matter

2. Taking the test and testing clean... AND

3. Beating Mayweather.

If he felt hurt by the allegations after the fight, he could still take them to court.
