Shane was not fighting nobody in November man. That was already known. He also turned down a Margarito fight.

Naw man Shane wasn't trying to fight anybody later that year. He needed a little break after those tough fights with Vargas. He asked Floyd if they could fight earlier the next year but Floyd went on to fight Baldomir and Oscar. Shane has never ducked Floyd. If Shane Mosley fought a Prime BIG Vernon and BIG Winky, what makes you think he'd be scared to fight a Small Floyd? Use your head. Mosley called Floyd out in front of Millions. Even if Shane did duck Floyd(which he didn't) He already redeemed himself by calling out Floyd after the JMM fight to his face. Floyd Contradicted himself alot in that interview. Also now that Pac vs Floyd isn't happening, Floyd has put himself in a situation where he has to fight Mosley or everyone will know he's Ducking him

Listen to when Shane says "but then again I wouldn't fight Margarito in November either." Dude Shane was not going to fight nobody in November it was know he was going to take a vacation after the Vargas fight. And, also when was the last time you saw Shane fight more than 2 times in a calender year.

I don't think either ducked either.

Just a case of bad timing.

Mosley wasn't about to come down in weight for his 4th fight in what would have been a year or a little bit over a year, like that.

Floyd eventually had a big pay day with De La Hoya looming on the horizon. Ricky Hatton was also a big pay day, so he wasn't about to pass up that money to fight Shane Mosley.

It'll happen eventually.

I think you have the years mixed up here. It was known that Vargas was going to be his last fight that calender year, right after Vargas he said he will be going on a vacation as you showed on original post. And, in the interview I showed he straight out said he won't fight Margarito in November. That came from his own mouth. I am not making this up. Shane never ducked Floyd.That **** was all BS... I swear people now run with everything nowadays. Believe me if he wanted to fight Margarito in November of 2006 that fight would of happen. Margarito would of taken that money instead of settling for little money with Clottey. I mean for real lets use some common sense.

Ok well in that interview that you quoted he said he is going on vacation. I quoted the interview where he said from his own mouth that he will not fight Margarito in November. I serious doubt that if Shane wanted to Margarito in November. That Margarito would not jump on the deal. Since at the time Margarito was calling everybody out. Even offered Winky 4 or 5 million dollars to fight him. And, Winky turned it down. So I seriously doubt that fight not happening if Shane was on board. So I don't know what else to tell you
