Accusations = FACTS. Simple.
This is the logic some people are using including Paulie Maliggnagi.
The FACT is that for the last few years Pacquiao - when rehydrated after the weigh in - has come into the fights at around 144lbs. This is going all the way back to 2005.
However, because Paulie Malignaggi is a moron, he thinks because Pac was fighting at 129lbs some years ago and is now fighting at 147lbs he must have gained 18lbs of MUSCLE mass.
Wrong. Pac now spends less time killing himself to take the weight off and focuses more on speed, strength and core power.
I used to think that Malingaggi was fairly intelligent. His latest accusations have removed all of my positive thoughts on him and now I believe he is just a pure drama queen dying for attention.

logic is saying that given the possibility that anyone involved in the sport can cheat, then anyone who is involved in the sport should take the tests. Not just the dude who has been caught doing it before. Your description is lacking-logic intones that you consider all the possibilities, not an isolated case- i.e. Shane Mosley. Everyone should be tested because anyone can cheat. This is just the first time it's been brought up in an event of such magnitude. Argue with a clear head or don't argue with me at all

No, it manifests itself when a person's regular anger anger is kindled & it causes that anger to be greatly magnified. As a boxer, you may get angry while training & thinking of fighting an opponent but you're hitting anyway; further still, what is alleged is that Manny is using some sort of PED, HGH is what is being suggested specifically, which may not even cause 'roid rage, as we have come to identify it. follow me?

...ah, I get it, you don't personally know people that use roids...just read about it...I liken a guy jucing to a woman that's bleeding...just a little emotional at times and they can't help it...

So he's coming into the weigh in's de hydrated? No he isn't. He just doesn't have to de hydrate for the weigh ins now, so he REMAINS hydrated.
You absolute imbecile. And you've got an avatar of Paulie, good grief it's like actually conversing with him. Moronic.

How come Mayweather can not ask for a random blood test, but Pacquiao could ask for a penalty for being above 147?
Pacquiao usually ask for a lot in his contract.
65% -35% for the Cotto fight
145 weight limit and a penalty for anything above.
belt on the line.

There is a big difference, Paulie knows what he's talking about, he's a professional boxer and has gone through the process himself to make a living. Paulie though a flamboyant figure, garners attention with what he strongly believes is right and I respect that. He's calling out all the BS in the sport and we need more guys like him.
