I think Manny will be fine, with or without the $ 40 million. He's still P4P #1. Floyd just lost $ 40 million, top billing and the chance to be P4P # 1. Totally backfired.

Yes and the whole PBF team are scratching their heads because they didn't think it would all come to this. First, they lost $ 40 million, the chance to be on top of boxing again and now they may have to cough up some major chunk if Manny wins his case.

They didn't expect this to backfire.

I agree they didn't think this would backfire. But they thought manny was on something before this fight. So i really don't think it's about mind games. I think it has to do with him coming in clean for the fight

I agree that curling really isn't a sport.

I mean they sweep **** on ice.

I guess it takes talent though.

I highly doubt that. I really think it was part of Floyd's mind games plus he gave up alot of concessions and didn't want Team Manny think that he's giving in so he pushed for something that would make them look like winners in the negotiations, which unfortunately backfired.

Why would he throw away his ever biggest payday when he truly believes that he can beat Manny easily and he has the skills and the talent to back it up. He says, Manny would be one of the easiest fights for him. He just really blew it.

I'm really surprised because I think that PBF is one of the smartest man in boxing, in and out of the ring. The way he plays the "heel" or the way he promotes a fight is amazing. This guy works hard in promoting his fights. It's just not in him to be all of a sudden the moral voice of the sport. PBF fights for money and that's about it and I can't blame him for that.

this shouldn't be surprising considering floyd already turned down millions of dollars just to duck mosley, cotto, and margarito before..now its pac's turn to be ducked by floyd.

Floyd blew what? He negotiated and the negotiation hit a snag, so what it happens in all fights. Floyd makes a minimum of 10 million every time he fights. That's right I said a minimum of 10 million. So to say he will be hurt I doubt it. He will get another fight and his guarantee will be guaranteed. Don't get it twisted. He wanted the testing and if he felt it was necessary then so be it. Maybe he was willing to walk away with his principles in tact. All money is not good money. He didn't say the hell with the testing so its probably not a promotional stunt. Floyd believes that Manny would be easy work for him and so do alot of other boxers, trainers, and commentators. They say it is a nightmare matchup for Manny. In all fairness of negotiation...if Manny's side can ask for a 10 million dollar weight penalty then Floyd can ask for extra testing.

Uh... I don't think we're talking about the same Floyd! Principles and Floyd don't go together. GTFOH.

floyd mayweather has a history of cheating --> him cheating the scales against marquez, him using banned painkillers

floyd mayweather has a history of ducking fighters and making excuses --> never fought any welterweights with the likes of mosely, margarito, williams etc..

pacquiao doesnt even need 40 mill cuz he's rich as **** in his country.. ****.. $1000 could feed an entire village over there. he's already p4p number 1 and regarded by many historians an ATG. plus he has sponsorhips from nike and a bunch of other products unlike floyd

facts are facts! floyd is ducked this fight bigtime and now about to lose some more green
