    These are the fighters that solidified Pacquiao's ATG'ness. Where do these 7 fighters rank in the ATG list? How many of them were in their prime? How many of them were supposed to beat him? How many of them were evenly matched? How many of them was Pacquiao favored against?

    Whatever your answer is to these questions, that is the indirect answer to the thread starter's question, imho.
