Because he's been calling him out, there were apparently pre-fight negotiations too.

and same thing regarding Amir Khan .. again why would Judah get this fight when it remains to be seen that Zab can indeed make 140.
Khan called Judah out and Judah said he was offered the fight in March

okay why would Urango take Judah seriously? Judah's lost the last 4 title opportunities he's gotten at Welter .. and Alexander is a much better fight for Urango anyway

fighting and beating Judah wouldn't mean much for Urango (and that's even if Zab can make 140)

as for Khan-Judah .. same as above, talk is cheap and with Foreman looking to fight Pacquiao it wouldn't surprise me at all if Paulie was next in line for Amir Khan.

Why does Urango keep getting shots? Oh well. At least he's a better opponent than the guys that Khan has been fighting. I just think Alexander is gonna school him bad and the fight will be boring.

If urango is fighting alexander and malignaggi fights khan that means Ortiz might get a rematch with Maidana

What do you mean by that? Urango is a current beltholder. He keeps getting fights because he is a "champ."

in all fairness at 140 the only one who's beaten Urango was Ricky Hatton, so I dunno what you mean by "keep getting"

yeah fair enough, if Alexander does beat him one sided, like Berto he'll prob fade into obscurity

but Juan Urango has only really fought Hatton and Berto .. so again don't see what you mean by "keep getting shots"

this is his first chance at unification and his first fight vs Elite since Ricky Hatton

Norm nowadays in boxing??? Aside from that Floyd harassment to Pac for Olympic style in their supposed 13 March bout, who are the others invoking this style?

He's just never beaten anybody notable for the most part. But he's a title holder, so I can see why the fight is happening. He's no more undeserving than Khan is I just don't think Urango is that good of a fighter and Alexander is gonna win this fight in one sided fashion. At least Urango has got power unlike Malinaggi.
