    this vid pretty much clears pacs name of him not wanting to do the tests 2 days before the fight but to bad the *****s will continue to regurgitate the same crap of manny being on roids.

      I understand your point. But it still doesn't address the issue about this thread that the NSAC conducts routine urine testing protocols to determine the presence of drugs in the system only and not blood tests for the same purpose.

        The difference is, and correct me if wrong, a routine physical checkup requiring a tube of blood and a drug test requiring a "teaspoon" of blood does not concur with the claims being implied by this video.

          I see how this thread was bumped to page two and still no one answers my questions.

          Another thing to note about this video:

          Manny claims they're using a "tactic against me."

          Is he referring to the hospital or the NSAC or both?

            It's Manny's OPINION. Even if he is wrong, the point is that he BELIEVES it weakened him.
