Wow that almost convince me that Pac is not hiding something, good thing my brother slapped me on the back of my head so I could snap out of it.

well, this video shows that him refusing to give blood cause it would affect him is not something he pulled right out of his ass.

NSAC Tested For Drugs In The Past?

Was that the NSAC conducting blood tests or doing a routine physical check up? Manny says "medical Test". Is he referring to a physcal checkup or the actual blood test to determine the presence of drugs in the blood?

According to recent reports on the NSAC, they stated that blood testing protocols would be difficult to implement by fight time.

Did the NSAC conduct bloodtest/bloodwork in the past and stopped performing them in recent years or what?

            Can someone clear this up?

            I'm confused.

LoL, so your convinced Pac is on something with zero evidence or hard facts. Your an idiot. Your brother should slap you unconscious, you'll be better off to the world.

I don't know how anyone can honestly believe Pacquiao is scared of Mayweather n the test. Who has Mayweather fought again? He just yesterday, "I'll never fight Mosley. He's not a draw." Excuses for everyone.

None of that really matters!!The bottom line is that Pacman doesn't have to subject himself to extra tests just to satisfy & fight floyd!!Pacman just beat the second best welterweight in the world!!He is the champ!!All floyd has done this year is beat a fat lightweight!!I'm glad that fight fell apart!!I think Pacman should go after Foreman for 1 more belt at 154,no catch weight though!!Then floyd should be forced to fight the winner of Berto-Mosley!!I'm tired of floyd talking his way to the top!!Look at Mosley's welterweight resume, then look at floyd's!!floyd's best win is over Baldomir, hahah ok!!U can litterally say all Mosley's fights at 147 were better than that!!
