Seriously.. If this is not misrepresentation at it's best. What's wrong with 3 tests? NOTHING if they are random. But if Manny wants specific dates on when the tests will be administered sounds like a typical ROID user.

manny has the right to reject the tests, for whatever reason cause THEY ARE NOT REQUIRED. doesn't matter what his excuse is. he has complied to testing that has caught drug users before. he is willing to be subjected to tests far stricter to the standard, yet he is the bad guy in this?

Nevada had tests in place for the last 40 years, this ****** moron shouldn't dictate to anyone what procedures need to be changed or amended, that's not his job. LMAO..It's not that bad. He's not trying to change Nevada's rules. Wasn't it just a stipulation in the contract? Just like the size of the gloves and the split of the purse, random blood test had nothing to do with the commision if it was agreed upon in the contract. Since he is the one taking punches and not you or I then I think he should have a say or try to dictate his well being.

Yes and when he is questioned, he will submit all of the drug test results that he has taken and passed-- into evidence.
