He has been a welterweight since 2005, when he faced Sharmbe Mitchell, in five years he did not face Cotto,Margarito,Mosley,Clottey and later even someone like Pwill, now notice all the names I mentioned at one time or another fought each other and how come they all fought each other at some point, but he couldn't fight one of them??? Stop making excuses the guy ducks tough fights in favor of "big event money fights".

Why the **** would he fight Matthew Hatton? C'mon if Paul Williams or Sergio Martinez said Floyd come up to 154, you really think he has the balls to challenge himself and do it? No of course not, but he'll fight ****ing Matthew Hatton!?!??!

Did you mean superstitious? If you have ever read any of my posts I have NEVER called anyone a hater or ***** or ******* because when posters type that they just can't think of anything more intelligent to say.
That's not my point!!! My point is why do you care now? Be honest it's only because you're a fan of Mayweather. At least be honest brother, you didn't care about this nonsense two weeks ago, now you do?

Call up the commission directly or look up the Nevada Commission's drug testing policies online.

And please stop acting like you care about PEDs and how it impacts the sport, you started to care about this nonsense two weeks ago because you jumped on your computer and read a press release.
Why would I pull up there policies? You do understand PAC gives his blood drawn by a doctor before every fight that tests for diseases? You do realize those records and blood samples can be subpoenaed? It might have been nonsense 2 weeks ago but the way PAC reacted makes you think he is hiding something. My question is how did PAC team let it go this far? The random testing was in the 1st draft of the contract.

Yes, and??? I know Mayweather is a ducker...but why cop out from a blood test if you know that mayweather is either doing this to duck the fight or to help promote it? What he should've done was take the blood test and see what else Mayweather would've come up with, because now instead of this being about Mayweather, its about Pac ducking the blood test...Now do see the light! Say alleluyah!

Sure those tests can be subpoenaed and you know what it will show...nothing. Because they tested for HIV and other infectious diseases, not PEDs.

On top of that you'd have to find out how long they keep blood samples for and it's a whole process to determine if the blood is/was degraded enough to be used again in determining whether or not there is a presence of PEDs in his system. Just to be clear I could give a flying **** about PEDs.

In the first draft of the contract, Mayweather also requested that the fight also take place at 154....you see where I'm going with this?

I'm being honest. I'm a fan of boxing. Do I think Floyd is a gifted fighter? Yes. I don't understand why it's nonsense just because it relates to PAC. If it was Floyd who refused random drug testing would it be nonsense? I cared about it when Roy Jones and Toney was caught. Didn't bother with SSM because I had $8000 bet on his fight.

Who cares about Floyd, let me tell you something just be thankful that Matthew Hatton is the only brother Ricky has, believe me Floyd probably asked him if he had a younger brother and if so, he'd want to fight him in the summer.

He is not going to take any tough fights. After Matthew Hatton he'll probably ask Noniito Donaire to start drinking whey protein and to start ingesting some creatine so they can fight someday soon.

Lolol since 2005 you realize his whole career at welterweight has been "Plan B"?
I'm not going to say anything here...but I box...and if I don't know the guys power why would I just stand there and let him wale at me?? You stick and move..u might taste some leather here and there but to take it in the first minute and the first couple of rounds of the fight when the guy is 100% seemed really really strange to me. And this is my experience especially when sparring and fighting. You don't do that unless you know the guy has no power from his previous performances.

What would you say if Mayweather agreed to 3 random drug tests not within 2 weeks of the fight and PAC still refused?

I care more about Mayweather fighting real welterweights than huffing down some HGH.
