I never expected it for March anyway, it was too soon and a bad time of year.

    I reckon around October/November.

I was told as of midnight EST that Top Rank and Golden Boy Promotions, despite the lawsuit, were still negotiating but they are quickly running out of time to make a deal for a "March" fight. Pacquiao would have to start training by next week for everything to go on schedule.

At least both camps are still working together for the fight to push through as scheduled.

I just cant see how Floyd asking for random blood test makes him the bad guy. Since when is a drug test request a bad thing?

There are already drug test guidelines set.
Now is not the best time to make these request.
It's a HQ type issue that takes time, a lot of meetings, more research, and paperwork, to enforce the multiple random drug tests via blood. The NFL, MLB, and NHL are working this issue the right way. Slowly but surely.

It's not up to the fighters ever. Forget the money and the contracts, if you asked me to do 15 random tests in ten weeks before I had to go one on one with you, then I would laugh in your face. The officials already have a program.
