2. He states that he wants to fight Foreman at 54 for an eight world title
3. Says Floyd in September because Floyd "didn't want to fight in March"
4. He lies and says that Floyd isn't negotiating well

well, 1, Floyd called that bluff and PROVED he wanted to fight by agreeing

and, 2, that was his original plan..to fight Foreman and to get away with it by saying that Mayweather didn't want to fight in the March slot

and 3, he wants more time to prepare for Floyd

and 4, Mayweather has agreed to everything yet he is not negotiating well?

how does this affect Floyd at all? He asked for a blood test to prove they were both clean. Pacquiao refused. This will bury Pacquiao's legacy. People will always be su****ious of him the rest of his career, even if he takes the test now. Everyone will always wonder why he fought it so hard.
