Why is he suing now?...why didnt he sue when SR first made the comments?

I thought Ariza is the one who gives manny the suppliments and manny doesnt know what he is taking? So how does Manny know if Ariza has been feeding him ped's? because remember Manny doesnt know what they look like?

I think you Pac fans knew Mayweather would win this fight from the very beginning, why else would you all be excited this is going to court instead of materializing into a fight? Why do you care about who wins what money over this fight? It really sounds like you guys were afraid for Manny from day one. As boxing fans or as fans of Manny that don't believe he can lose, you should be disappointed this fight isn't happening now. Say what you want but in the end Manny loses and goes down in history as a ducker of Mayweather and as someone that may have been doing steroids. Manny loses all the way, but at least he will be a rich loser.

Actually I still think is a 50-50 fight maybe 60-40 in Floyd favor...

Chances are they asked a retired judge for an evaluation.

Chances are they have evidence and proof plucked from the buffet of accusations, assumptions, and asserted opinions/facts from professionals in the industry such as ODLH, Mayweather Sr, Roger Mayweather, Richard Schaeffer, etc. The only safe one maybe Jr himself. Unless the Filipino Government Officials hold him accountable for attacking their Country and National Treasure: "Philippines has the best performance enhancing drugs..."

Wow. I read the whole petition. What a load of ****. haha. If Pac paid Petrocelli more than 10 bucks to file this garbage, then he got ripped off. Just how in god's name can Pac prove in court that Floyd, GBP, or anyone else on the planet KNOWS FOR A FACT that Pac doesnt take any illegal substances? NOBODY can know that to be fact, not even PAC, since Ariza is the only one who knows what Pac takes, right? (and to win the case, the law requires Pac to PROVE that the defendants KNEW the statements to be false, which is impossible)
