Floyd's not the one filing a lawsuit, and having to adhere to the rule of law, Pac is.

To win a defamation case you have to PROVE that the defendant made a statement they KNEW to be false. The defendant has no burden of proof on the accuracy of their statement. All the judge has to infer is that the allegations made by the defendant are in fact "possible".
