he's not suing for $75,000.

he's filing in an amount in excess of $75,000.00

it differentiates the type of court it goes to.

the attorney fees alone will be over $75,000.00 if the defendants have to pay for it.

You can most certainly sue for reporting non-factual information as fact.

but remember they cover their asses by reporting where the comments/information came from.

that's why they might have a case against floyd sr. , don't know about the rest of the defendants.

if you notice most of the reports reporting it claim floyd sr. as the originator/claimant of said accusations.

In defamation cases the burden of proof is on the claimant, in this case that would be Mayweather and GPB acting on FM's behalf.

Pac has to show in court that it caused him financial (loss of income) or emotional distress. Either way he hits them all where it hurts the most, in the pocket book. And for those calling him a "snitch", what is this a rap video?

How is it defamation? All they did was put a request in the contract and they denied it. The media got a hold of the story and ran with it.....

Yep, though I hate to see this in court. But sometimes some people have seen enough. I still want them fight though and settles the issue outside the court.
