Pac is so angry that he's going to sue Mayweather for 75k, that'll teach him. I would imagine he'd rather just pound Mayweather's face in the ring for 25 million + and take his "0" but that's just me.

      Take the tests

I'm a fan of Floyd and Manny but more importantly a boxing fan. Both of these men in their own right have kept our sport relevant in the last couple years. This not only looks bad but smells worse. If your not doing anything wrong..take the tests. Each man will be subjected to the exact same testing requirements. If you think Goldenboy and the Mayweathers are frauds then the best course of action is to go in and kick Floyd Jr's. azz. Especially in a sport of combat you want to go through lawyers? To go and get lawyers involved in a defamation suit is ridiculous. I wonder who has more money to fight this suit..Golden Boy or Pac? To me this reminds me of Roger Clemens..deny...deny...deny...yell at the top of your lungs that the other party is lying and threaten a lawsuit...we've seen this before. We as fans know that piss tests and the current form of drug testing does not work....insert Sugar Shane. Why not take the tests and prove to the world not only is he clean but get in the ring and prove you are the best boxer in the world. Until that is done Manny is walking with a cloud over his head..just like Clemens.

A guy on a limited visa suing a bunch of Americans in America because his feelings are hurt??? GTFOH.....

Pac is digging his own grave......

He needs to man the **** up and agree to the testing and get the fight on already. It's for 50+ million dollars.... I like Pac but what a dumb a$$.

you can't sue for reporting and commentary.

you can however sue for libel.

In defamation cases the burden of proof is on the claimant, in this case that would be Mayweather and GPB acting on FM's behalf.

Pac has to show in court that it caused him financial (loss of income) or emotional distress. Either way he hits them all where it hurts the most, in the pocket book. And for those calling him a "snitch", what is this a rap video?

I think this also might be Arum trying to get full promotional rights over Pac. I think he is trying to void Pac contractual rights GBP has over him...

You can most certainly sue for reporting non-factual information as fact.
