find the the statement that says that..Not Arum, Not Roach, Not Ariza...PACQUIAO. because the last and recent statement made by Pacquiao states he is willing to take blood test no more than 30 days prior to the fight..and will take blood test after the fight..that IS NOT random!
The USADA terms were in the contract..(as you can watch on youtube) where Roach says "they (Mayweather camp) want OLYMPIC STYLE BLOOD TESTING..sure we'll do that"..this was before Pac refused the USADA terms..so obviously if Roach made that statement prior to the refusal, they were aware of that clause in the negotiations..try again....
