this is not a catchweight fight brah...Floyd does NOT have history in coming in overweight at OFFICIAL WEIGHTS.

There is no difference....even though he didn't honor the weight, he still came in at 46...so for them to put that demand in as if he was 2-4 lbs OVER 147 was a bit odd..but he agreed. You see where I'm coming from brah?
